Our expansion plans include the addition of several new quick-service and casual-dining restaurants for Wendy’s and T.G.I.Friday’s, and extended-stay and limited-stay hotel locations for Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt over the next several years.

Briad now owns and operates 43 Wendy’s Old Fashioned Hamburger restaurants, 68 T.G.I. Friday’s restaurants and is currently developing Marriott and Hilton hotels.

Briad Lodging Division
The Briad Lodging Division is bursting at the seams, with five Marriott and Hilton hotels opened in 2005, one hotel during 2006, three during the first half of 2007 and another one opening in the second half of 2008. In addition we have 12+ hotel projects in various stages of pre-construction. The Briad Construction Group works closely with the development team to find new locations and develop its growing list of new hotels. We can develop so many hotels because we build them ourselves.
